Working principle:
1. The machine adopts infinitely adjustable-speed motor drives the chain of transmission, cleaning speed can be adjustable.

2. Movement, adopts the stainless steel chain drives the basket(crate) into the cleaning tank, the first phase of cleaning, the second stage of warm water to clean, the third stage to wash again.

3 The size of the cleaning chamber according to the size of the basket(crate) design, can washing crate of different sizes and type at the same time. So as to achieve the aim of one machine multi-usage.

4. In the cleaning chamber around, installation of high pressure nozzle, can cleaning basket from different angles, has reached the purpose of cleaning no dead Angle.

5. Wash chamber is divided into three segments:

--First paragraph need to add cleaning fluid, liquid alkaline water or decontamination for decontamination processing, equipped with heating tube to heat water, through high pressure nozzle spray to achieve the goal of thorough decontamination.

--The second paragraph is warm water rinse, through high pressure nozzle spray, to thoroughly rinse the residual cleaning fluid, to ensure that the basket of cleanliness.

--The third paragraph for clean water washing, use high pressure nozzle spray to rinse the turnover baskets, achieve the best cleaning effect.

6. At the bottom of the device is equipped with three cleaning tanks, separating cleaning fluid, warm water and clean water, two water tanks are equipped with return water pipes, water saving has to achieve.

7. Two tank is equipped with a high pressure water pump respectively, can work at the same time.

9. The cleaning machine is suitable for all kinds of turnover basket, plate, box and tray container with the cleaning and disinfection. Compared with the manual cleaning, can save water by 70%, can save manpower 7 to 8 peoples.
